beignet-dev software package provides OpenCL for Intel GPUs (development files and documentation), you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install beignet-dev
beignet-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the beignet-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep beignet-dev *
You will get with beignet-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
